The lighthouse of Citadel Island only appears in LBA2 and it's located near Twinsen's house.
The lighthouse is the only place where Bersimon has the view he needs to clear the storm that covers the island, but the doors are closed, so Twinsen must find Raph, the lighthouse keeper, to open it.
