The pharmacist in LBA is a male quetch in a nurse uniform, that works at the pharmacy in Lupin-Burg. He knows Twinsen has been imprisoned and he is afraid of him, so when Twinsen enters the pharmacy looking for a bottle of syrup, he calls a groboclone to get Twinsen arrested. Twinsen then kills him and the clone.
